The terms and conditions stated hereinafter apply to all orders placed via web, email or phone with Albinos Unlimited, Inc.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on shipping location and order size.
Any issues experienced upon receipt of shipment must be reported immediately, within two hours, with photos and video clearly displaying the issue. We are not responsible for carrier-related damages or mishandling.
For any questions or concerns about animal care and handling, contact us directly. We do not cover veterinary expenses.
It us the customer’s responsibility to verify all local laws pertaining to captive wildlife in their area, state, or country. We will not knowingly fulfill orders that violate any laws or regulations.
All live animal sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
